Our Story
Founded in 2018, Ember & Oak brings modern British cooking with a focus on open-fire cooking and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Every dish tells a story of the land and the seasons.
Our chef works closely with farmers, foragers, and fishermen across the British Isles to bring you a menu that evolves with the calendar. From the crackle of the hearth to the final flourish on the plate, every detail matters.

28-day aged British beef, charcoal-grilled to perfection. Served with bone marrow butter, triple-cooked chips, and roasted vine tomatoes.
Line-caught Cornish sea bass with saffron risotto, samphire, and a warm shellfish bisque. Delicate, bright, and deeply satisfying.
Rich Valrhona dark chocolate with a molten centre, served with salted caramel ice cream and hazelnut praline. Our most-loved dessert.
